Teams and Community
Community Comes First
The best mornings are shared—by the people serving them and the neighbors enjoying them. Brunch Bird is built on connection, hospitality, and showing up for Greencastle every single day.

How We Show Up
Being part of Greencastle means showing up with intention. At Brunch Bird, we see ourselves as more than a place to eat—we’re a place that participates in the rhythm of the town. From downtown events to everyday mornings, we aim to be present, supportive, and genuinely connected to the community around us. We welcome the energy that comes with DePauw weekends and visiting families, while staying grounded in the people who call Greencastle home. That balance matters to us. Our goal is to create a space that feels just as comfortable for a quick weekday breakfast as it does for a lively weekend brunch, without losing the warmth and familiarity that regulars count on.
Inside our doors, we focus on creating an environment where people can relax and be themselves. Whether guests are gathering with friends, bringing the kids along, meeting neighbors, or enjoying a quiet moment alone, we want everyone to feel at ease. The atmosphere is unpretentious, the service is thoughtful, and the experience is designed to make people feel welcome the moment they walk in.
Showing up this way—consistently, thoughtfully, and with care—is how we earn trust and build lasting relationships in the community we’re proud to be part of.
Work Where Mornings Matter
Join a team built on respect, collaboration, and genuine care—for our guests and for the people we work alongside. At Brunch Bird, we believe great hospitality comes from clear standards, shared effort, and an environment where everyone feels supported to do their best work.
